Watching the replay I would say 50:50,some referee would give it and some would not.Liverpool had many opportunities to score at least three goals but were unable to find the net.Liverpool also dominated the game, and not many team is going to do that to Stoke City.Disappointed not discouraged.We must look to Tottenham game next week Sunday.
definate penalty!!!...not the one we conceded but the one we didn't get..Delaps handball in the first half.Also there was a tackle by Etherington on Skrtle in the penalty area that not much was made of but if you look closely he appears to go in late when Skrt's gets his shot away.The handball by Upson wasn't a penalty...unless it happened to one of our defenders then it would be.Not bitter...much! However,we had enough chance and posession to make those decisions irrelevant.
