http://www.caughtoffside.com/2011/09/07/real-madrid-plot-35m-january-move-for-liverpool-star/ Journalism; great job if you can get it; just sit at home and make **** up.....
It won't matter anyway, if Chelsea offer £40 Million for Modric then Suarez is priceless.I can't see FSG looking to sell their star player when they are looking to build the way they are.Total bull****e
They can shove their £35 million up their arse, they can go attempt an sign a lesser player for that money, maybe Man United will accept that sum for Rooney. Well it is generous, as he's not worth £20 million.
Neymar is more likely to end up at RM than Suarez. It's just a little quiet after the end of the summer silly season and I guess the journo's have spent all their money so need to make up some stories to get some column inches and a bs bonus.
Yes, but if they bought Suarez for £60m then they wouldn't buy Neymar so he'd be free for us to buy. It's a non-story anyway, I was just speculating.
Will be nice when we get back into CL because it may not be Neymar but i'm convinced that NESV will want to fund a huge name......
Berbnanifuz VDclinic: I've only recently started to frequent this board and notice that you spend all of your time here rather than your own board....why is that?
Have you become a Liverpool fan? Everyone visits other boards but you've been on this board more in the last 48hrs than your own.
I think we all know this is bollocks. But - I hypothetical question for you all: How much would you let Suarez go for? For me It would be a no go at all unless an offer of 100mil + was on the table (and fortunately that's highly unlikely).
Personally Sky i would'nt let him go at any price until and unless we line up a replacement of equal or better quality,we got caught with our kecks down with the Torres transfer and had to pay well over the odds for Carroll who lets be honest is'nt a Torres or Saurez. But our owners might view a bid of in excess of say 70M to good to refuse, although the stated bid of 35M is a joke but the story can get into the players head and unsettle him. Anyway as has been said the story is cheap journalism and a load of "bollocks".
Hang on, a reference to Manchester United in a thread that had nothing to do with them? That reminds me of someone.... Besides which, I think Suarez would rather go to Barcelona than Real, if he had the choice. He'd only get a couple of seasons at the latter before they got in another 'big name' and he was on the bench.
Didn't caughtoffside also claim RM were going to bid £45 million for Hernandez in the January window last year? Guess the blindfolded monkey threw the dart at Suarez's name this season...
