Cannot see anything but a convincing win.
Even without Bendi we are far superior.
    3 or 4 -0 , no problem

I don’t think we can underestimate Buendia’s importance to the team. I don’t think anyone is a direct replacement for his sheer work rate and tenacity. We can replace his quality on the ball but not his energy to get all over the pitch constantly

Buendia will be a miss - but we said the same when Klose was out, then again for Leitner, Pukki, Vrancic... Each time the replacement has risen to the challenge.

Interesting conundrum for Farke as to who comes in. Vrancic was the most recent performer who lost his spot due to a knock, but Leitner had that spot locked down earlier in the season.

Either comes with the assumption that you move McLean wide, thus breaking up a midfield duo which has won 8 games in a row! So does Cantrell come in, to minimise disruption?

I'd go for Vrancic personally, but trust Farke!

That's the conundrum for Farke. I think he will go for Todd. He can go straight in without changing the formation. Pick Vrancic or Leitner and the other could feel right put out, one way or another it'll be tough, if we keep winning is Buendia then out? Will he take to the bench with a squad friendly smile? So many tough decisions for Daniel.
    What would I do?
Leitner or Vrancic in (who ever is training better), Kenny then to wide right and see how we go. Like most weeks especially this last one with the added comfort of a 3-0 half time lead I would have been giving Leitner/Vrancic/Rhodes/Cantwell game time to share the load and keep sharp. But Farke has earned our trust many times over, even if that does not leave him beyond criticism (obviously constructive!)

    Bah!

I think I'd put Leitner back in. Deep with Trybull.

Not sure about what I'd do with Kenny and Onel. Onel can play either wing, Kenny is left footed. Depends if he want's to play inside forwards or Wingers. Also, does Kenny have the pace to play out wide in our formation. He'd have the wing-backs to compensate for pace, but would it slow our play down a bit. Don't know why I'd go for Leitner over Vrancic. Just an instinct feeling. Nothing much to chose between them.

I was sure I would like Mo to come in, but been thinking about maybe Mario the last few days.

Where was Mario playing in his incredible month before the injury? Was he centre of the attacking 3 behind Pukki? Or was he wide? The players move and interchange so much, I can't remember where his "starting position" was.

Oh, I think he was one of the holding two actually, remembering the Leeds game.

Mario and Mo are better in the holding 2. Todd can play Attacking wide naturally.

    Hmmm. What a pickle.

Watching a video by and apparently there are going to be cards or something on all the seats in the lower tiers around CR tomorrow night – should be quite a sight to greet the teams. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    It’s Mario for me too

I thought he was much further forward than that when scores his brace against Leeds

Tonight’s game will see fan mosaics spelling out ‘City’ in the Barclay Stand lower tier and ‘OTBC’ in the Regency Stand lower, previously known as the River End.
This will take place as the players come out for kick-off and at key points during the game the scoreboard will also flash up with “Sing up the River End” and “Come on you Yellows” – as it once did in the 1980s and 1990s.
