Juventus will beat them easily if they face each other. Ronaldo and Dyabla will have a field day on the counter against them.
That wouldn't be the biggest surprise ever if that happened. City could do that to anyone. Spurs are also well capable of beating anyone on their day.
Tbh, everybody expects us to lose, so nothing much we can do but have a go. . What I want to see is a real effort from us to take them on.
In all honesty I think both teams have a similar problem which is fatigue. Spurs because of their limited depth of squad, and City because the number of games/competitions. I expect that will catch up with City at some point but I'm hoping it's in the CL not in the Prem. I think they will have enough to get past Spurs. My post earlier is on the thinking that it will help City not having the pressure of the 2nd leg with the number of games they have, if they get a decent result tonight.Big IF though.
It's the QF of the CL mate, your attitude is terrible. We turned City over last year in the CL with ease. Cup football and you're conceeding defeat already? Seriously?
This is a message from the Moscow Travelodge for Mr @Hoddle Is A God - your tickets for tonight's tour of the Kostromskoy cheese factory have been left at the front desk for you to collect.
I said everybody expects us to lose, which they do - just read the comments here. Obviously I hope we can upset them. However, they are currently one of the very best sides in Europe- if not the best. So, I’m under no illusions that it won’t be difficult.
