Losing the FA Cup Final to a Top 6 side no longer qualifies the loser for the EL. So, Watford won't got a European spot from winning the semi-final. They're a point behind 7th place Leicester with a game in hand. I'd expect playing in Europe must be a serious aim for this group of players as well as the fans. I think it being a night match is also in Watford's favour. The atmosphere's normally so much better. Deeney really doesn't seem to like Arsenal, so I expect them to really be at it and Sokratis being out is not what they would have wanted against him. As you say, Arsenal are going to have to throw it all in against Napoli on the Thursday, whereas Watford have a nice week's rest, so this is potentially a serious hurdle for them. Let's hope so anyway. A loss for them and Chelsea not winning at The Mousers on the Sunday would be very handy.
Not often one wants the mousers to win, but against the chavs, no contest. If the ref wants to give the mousers dodgy penalties and allow off side goals, this is the match to do it.

Arsenal's game against Leicester is an away fixture, giving them 4 away games against feisty, aggressive teams and only 2 at home. If that was reversed, they might be favourites...
Realistically, we’ll need shooting if we don’t secure top four with that run-in. Only City is the game you’d expect us to lose. Every other we’re definitely the favourites. Utd have the toughest I’d say, with Chelsea, City and an away trip to Everton. Arsenal will need to dramatically improve their terrible away form to secure top four. Chelsea will need results against both Pool and Utd. Top four is in our hands, it has been for months but the past five or so games minus Palace we’ve completely bottled it. Time to “man up” and get the job done.

They play Watford away next. That's a tough one with Watford still in the mix for 7th and flying high after that FA cup turnaround. 8.00pm KO on a monday night 4 days after Napoli...I can't see Ozil and co. being particularly keen on that as a fixture.
