Pretty shocking stat that, but they looked extremely open and vulnerable to the counter, as too many in that side don’t want to track back it seems, so not surprising tbh.
I haven't seen the game yet, but that has been a real problem of ours this season, especially away from home. When we're in possession, but dither around moving the ball forward. So other players come forward to try and support the attack and then we give it away cheaply and leave ourselves wide open to the counter, with nobody tracking back to help out the defence. Frustrating as ****, because at home we are pretty solid and really good going forward. We've beaten Chelsea, Utd, were unlucky not to beat Liverpool and absolutely dicked Spurs. But away from home it's that same old soft underbelly that is exposed again and again.
You were ****. First half you just weren’t in the game and created nothing, second half you had a go for about 15-20 mins without really looking likely to score, then you disappeared again.

Sadly true. Emery has improved us from the last 3 years of Wenger, but his still needs to work on that soft as **** mentality that we take to some games.

Yeah this season was always a bit of a free hit imo as long as you seem to be going in the right direction which you are. Badly need investment though I'm not sure you'll get it and Ozil must be holding you back a bit too.
