Unfortunately for you, I don’t blindly accept every decision this club makes, nor do I accept narratives created by the media. I’m not a sheep like you so I apologise if I choose to challenge things from time to time. But the irony is that I’m supposedly disagreeable but yet you chose to come at me after something that we actually agreed on. I’m sorry that I don’t meet your criteria of a ‘fan’. I am truly saddened that I will never stoop to the low standards that you have set for yourself and the club.
Whenever someone mentions desire or works hard as the first things that a player is good at, then you know that the player limited. I have sympathised with him in the past because he’s not a natural DM but he’s forced to play there. My issue isn’t with the player himself - it’s some fans and mostly the media overhyping him after every decent performance. They’re creating a false narrative which then causes this divided opinion in the fan base. I want players to be held to the same standard as everyone else.
I tend to agree the media over hype him but fans very much under rate him too, especially opposition fans. He is what he is; limited but able to do a job. Certainly can be improved upon but not right now as the window is closed. MOTM tonight though imo (despite it being brief)
Apart from The Foolish ****, who won’t be happy until minstrels are signing songs about hendo’s performance tonight - we all should be pretty happy with the result. We played ****, but dug in deep and got the result. Hopefully it’s a much needed confidence boost for Keita and Salah and we can start firing. This was a tricky game but we managed to navigate through it. Onwards to Chelsea
You’re right - there is a massive overcriticism as there is massive overhype. Whilst I do criticise him a lot, even i acknowledge that he’s not that bad. He’s average.
Good lad, hopefully henderson our captain will break his leg getting on the coach, milner will suffer a heart attack and death himself will come for your lust of players you feel our mediocre. I tell you know Jimmy your a child, your a FIFA player, unpack the cards chemistry us important player. You have no idea of the squad above the the In individual, ox is 86 rated so he should be in before wini because he's only 82 rated. You haven't a ****ing clue, all this this talk about accepting mediocrity is a sham, rather than listening and watching, like us older ****ing idiot had to do before we where allowed our opinion, you get to shout your young spunk as if it holds any insight or weight.
I don't agree we played ****. We definitely weren't great but it isn't great or **** only. We played okay and kept the pressure on, we were a bit too open in midfield at times but Hendo & Milner coming on certainly changed the game and the pressure paid off. Best get used to it, it'll be like this for the rest of the season (unless we're lose, then it's all over and the players will relax)
You’re nice to discuss football with when you’re not being rude or condescending. Please keep this up. I like this Gez
As much as I think he ain't good enough for us all credit to Horrenderson since coming on we have looked more stable in midfield.
FOOL - I respect you. We must simply agree to disagree. By the way, Henderson was good today. And Milner helped plug the gaps on the right side.
It's okay for people to not always get along or agree on things mate. It's also fun to have a laugh and take the piss too. I've not actually said anything different to normal tonight either
Another thing that pissed me off tonight - Shane ****in Long scored. The striker who doesn’t score or create goals ... ****ing scored against us
Much better thank you. I'm happy to disagree, I don't mind a discussion. I really do t like being called names, On to the orginori issue, no I don't think you should spunk your pants over hendeshen coming on but I do think it was more than a cameo. Peace ok
No doubt that the subs changed the game - credit to klopp for making those changes. I’ve seen enough of Henderson to know that he’s not good enough to be a starter for this team but I can also acknowledge that he played very well tonight.
I really wanted the starting midfield to be the answer tonight but it wasn't .Soton were pouring through the midfield tonight without much trouble and once again Keita looked out of place. We need to find the combination that will give us quick ball going forward without the expense of letting the opposition piss through our midfield.I don't think this will be solved until OXO becomes part of the equation.
