I ****ing hate everything about Liverpool. I hate the way refs are biased towards them. I hate the media **** fest over them. I hate their arrogaht twatty players. I hate klopp and their fans. Such a repulsive team, and i thought we bettered them for most the game. Gutted.
Whoever the opposition are is entirely irrelevant, as we're all just there to give Liverpool a excuse to get ****ed on by the Media. I'm not bitter though
One of those ones. The pundit and commentator circlejerk, the refereeing and narrative. I’m saints and I wouldn’t change that for anything. We go again
Shame we couldn’t take anything from the game, but it was always a tough ask. Liverpool are where they are for a reason.* That’s our most difficult remaining fixture out the way and guess what? We’re still 5 clear of Cardiff. And Shlong will now go on a purple patch of form and score in each of our remaining games...ok, I took the positivity too far didn’t I? *because they’ve spent a **** tonne of money on players...(and referees).
Well played everyone. New tactic: all corners should be immediately kicked out for a goal kick to the other team. Less dangerous.
I feel dirty, but I actually prefer Utd to the Bindippers these days There, I've said it, and it feels ok to be honest ****ing Klopp, I hope all his teeth fall out
Fantastically committed match played in an electric atmosphere, can we have more Friday night footy at SMS please? My pride in us now far outweighs any remaining bitterness I feel towards Liverpool. I still want them to win nothing again this season but i'm much more interested in how far we go on the journey with Ralph. The fans are universally behind him and the team now and matchdays are becoming more and more joyful with last season's dismal atmosphere a distant memory. COYS!
Exactly. The players were so disappointed to lose and we did keep it tight for 80 minutes limiting them to five shots on target over the game. People are focussing too much on the ref and the opposition. I can see we have a lot of good things happening at St. Mary's if we can keep Hojbjerg and add a few more attacking options for next season.
Easy for me to say but I thought Bertie should have committed & tackled Salah - I’m in Northam & the run was directly towards me - you could see it developing every second. Yep read a number or arguments either way but Ryan decided to take a chance Salah couldn’t beat Gunn. Very frustrating as only a few mins previous did I start to think, we can do this! Ffuck, ffuck, ffuck!
But Salah scored on the break, after a period of Saints pressure. In the end, they made their quality count, but we made them work for it.
Just got back. That scoreline flattered Liverpool. It was a very close game but Liverpool took their chances when they got them. Little bit disappointed we didn't really threaten in the second half - they looked shaky at the back in the first half. Refereeing wasn't great.
