frankly keita only looked interested when the ball was played to him. no interest at all.in getting good position or helping tea.
Wijnaldum was dreadful tonight. Keita had moments, but he has zero discipline and effort. That just left Fabinho stranded. Really need to get Gomez match fit and back in too, Matip has been getting poorer.
yeah... tbh when he's on edge of opposition box it's an issue if nobody is prepared to cover. He's got to either shoot and.make sure it's it blocked or he's got to release a ball in early. carrying that far is just going a bit too far.
I could get you.about 40 occasions he's trotting and getting run off. in first half.when Southampton did press for 15/20mins he was caught on ball.and mugged.... so no... just cos.southampton utterly ****ed themselves it not reason that him.making a few.attacking runs in excuses trotting about like he's a striker and messi at that. not compeltely. look at where fabinho is at times. He's 10 yards ahead of cbs and off goes matip. fabinho is trying to go 2.or 3 men's jobs and at times matip has.gone with no real cover... but... given what saints left themselves with up top maybe he left he could.

He's not a all action midfielder, he's attack minded, but to say he doesn't help out defensively is ludicrous. Klopp wouldn't play him AT ALL if that were the case!
