And part of me wants to see them have a stroke on the pitch, we all have to repress our bad thoughts though mate.

I think that if we can keep it tight for the first 95 minutes, we could nick a draw here.

Obviously, if Ings scores early, we will have an easy game of it.

Will we have our own referee for this game or will they be bringing theirs?

I fear the same (trouble with missus). Working from home as usual - MrsNo7 at work till 6. I leave at 5 for footie.

Mrs No7: "Can you go out at lunchtime and get some food for me there is nothing in the house and I am home alone when I come back and will be tired after work"
    Me: "Sure, no problem darling"

Lunchtime comes, I look out...bit rainy and I have the Sopranos to watch. Oh well.

I'll refrain. With my betting luck they'll be a rebound of the ref's ass that will go in on the 95th minute to make it a draw! <laugh>

Traditionally the “big teams” provide the referee.

I'm absurdly confident about this. They're coming to try and win, which is our favourite opposition tactic. I'm genuinely expecting victory. I have money on it (and I also have money on Bednarek to score at 38/1, a ludicrous price - remortgage your house and put the lot on. I've only put £2 on it but you should put more on. Trust me).

    https://live4liverpool.com/2019/04/lfc-news/motson-predicts-liverpool-v-southampton/

John Motson predicts a Saints win.

I think that Saints have a reasonable chance....whilst being realistic...and that is a serious improvement on BR (Before Ralph). We've beaten Arsenal and Spurs and drawn against United* and Chelsea, so why not. However, we are in a position where this isn't make or break. A pundit on Sky suggested this afternoon that we may need only 4 points from the remaining games...would hope for more but encouraging just the same.

    *Under Hughes I think.
