yep we said it was a big season for him i am a Bruce man but can't forgive for not having Strikers again
No L.B no L.W for two seasons. No recognised strikers after not learning his lesson with Bent he lets Gyan do it as well. He should have been sold in the window when he knew Gyan was not happy.
Its not the end of the World but the team need to gel and gel quickly, the next 3 games are crucial for Bruce.

So who do you want for the next manger syd

Short may not want to sack Bruce as it will mean paying him off and then having to give a new manager money to spend

Unless its Moyes he's used to having no money now theres a good manager

Mitch, we had an international LW for four months last season. He played very well for Ghana against England. But Bruce played him in CM, where he was poor, for four months and then sent him back to Inter as though it was the lad's fault.

I don't want O'Neill as I think he's an expensive manager who would very quickly fall out with Short and Quinn. Moyes, I would like very much. Another I wouldn't mind is Poyet. I like his ball-to-feet style, and if we'd played that way I don't think either Bent or Gyan would have left.

Bruce. 3 games, the Stoke game, Xmas, this season. None of that to me - he's had 'three games to get his act together' since last February. Enough - I hope he's gone by midnight tonight. It's getting embarrassing now. And it's sad.

We are becoming a laughing stock. The owner has to get hold of his property.

I've seen far too many relegations not to recognise all the symptoms again. That team look shot and Stoke will carve us open and expose that totally next Sunday IMO. They will be big and bossy and we dont have the manager to save the season.

I only hope that we dont leave it too late so that a new manager will have to mount an impossible rescue mission. There is still time to salvage the season.

O Neill, Hughes or Curbishley would all be better bets than Bruce.

    He's finished.

No offence, but you were in the Championship three years ago, what do you actually want/ expect?

I thought you played good football when you were on the ball today, and would love to have seen what you were saying when you beat us last year.

we don't expect miracles the majority probably did not expect to beat you today either, what we are up in arms about is the fact we saw not much fight tody and Bruce has gone into a season with two young kids and a loanee as our main strike force. Maybe you could sell us torres for half price in Jan

Sorry to intrude, but have I missed something? Is all this Bruce out stuff just cus u lost to Chelsea?? I understand u lot don't love him but a 2-1 defeat to Chelea is quite respectable tbh, and it seems like you made a good account of yourselves. (?)

I never believed that and still don't. I think we broke their backs chasing after pointless balls with three defenders round them at all times because there was no other threat. For one-up-front to work, you must have accurate delivery, otherwise you run your striker into the ground. Once they're sick of course, then they go to the highest bidder - why wouldn't they? But I don't think that started their departure.
