Ditto, i'm more then a little scared that an average prem clun could come in for him in January, offer us 2 mill, and its bye, bye....
Oi, you should be positive about all things Leeds after we made a mockery of your gay little friends from South London.
Can you elaborate on Mockery, I was amazed that the legendary Leeds crowd did not sing until you scored the 3rd Goal. Based on what I saw today you are an average championship team as we are.
Only joking around with the Millwall lad; I actually thought you deserved a point from today after a very disciplined performance. And we sang before and after all five goals, so not sure what you're talking about there - though it's very hard to hear the other side of Elland Road due to poor acoustics so maybe that explains it. I agree, both teams are probably average Championship level. A shame because both sets of fans deserve better. Glad my post provoked you to join up by the way! PS: your 'ultras' songs are very gay.
Becchio is our best player. Wins everything in the air, battles and works so hard. When he's fully fit, I'd like to us revert to the 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 whatever you want to call it. That would bring the best out of him, Howson, Snodgrass and McCormack impressed on the left.
Tell you what, if Becchio can bang them in as a lone striker we'll be a top team in this league because then we can play a 5 man midfield. -----------------------Lonegran---------------------------- ------Lees------Kisnorbo-----------O'Dea------------White-- ----------------Clayton-------------Brown------------------ -------Snoddy------------Howson-----------------Nunez----- -----------------------Becchio----------------------------- It's a bit all over the place that but you get the idea. Clayton would be playing the role Howson plays when he isn't playing as an attacking midfielder. Nunez went missing as a winger but he'd be more of a forward in that position so he might be better, and Snoddy always seems to play better in an advanced role.
Fair play, the acoustics must be awful. Yeah I bit on that, good work there. Its just it was my first trip to elland road and I heard the atmosphere was electric, enjoyed the game though and thought the quality of your finishing was the difference.
So no place for our top scorer McCormack then?!! I'd move Nunez into the middle, drop Howson & play McCormack on the left. Apart from that I agree with this formation as it offers more protection for the defence & doesn't hinder the attack. A couple of quality loan signings to strengthen the defence & we wouldn't be too far off challenging for auto.
Oh I forgot about the possibility of playing McCormack wide, but considering Nunez couldn't get through the defence today so kept shooting at hitting the defence because they were too close, because he couldn't shoot without them there because he couldn't get passed them. And then we know what Howson is capable in the attacking midfield role, he could decimate defences, and could become a possible Player of the Season if he was played there every game of the season. So here is my new lineup. -----------------------Lonegran---------------------------- ------Lees------Kisnorbo-----------O'Dea------------White-- ----------------Clayton-------------Brown------------------ -------Snoddy------------Howson-----------------McCormack----- -----------------------Becchio-----------------------------
If he keeps doing what he did today, he will be on Match of Day next season as the Premiership's great new Argentinian striker. The world cup in Brazil is only 2.5 years away, he has everything to play for this season with Leeds. (ps. I know its hopeful and the defence is shyte, but if we keep scoring more than we leak, then we will go up)
clutching at straws in hope of finishing above us already ben. more chance of you looking like a chimp..............................
