And so the cracks begin,25 labour MPs voted against the party tonight according to the news.
Will be interesting to see if miss Smith MP for Crewe and Nantwich went against the party, lots have been telling her recently if we don't get Brexit, she's getting Smexit.<whistle>

4 new amendment indicative votes, all no's. May and co can't win a sausage.

Irrespective of the "no deal" being took off table by MP's, it remains the default deal by law.

Can't believe all these "alternative" motions. "Norway Option" - WTF is that all about? FFS, we are not fecking Norway with a population of 5 million and no other choice given their land massive border with Sweden. We're a country of some 60 million people with vastly understated clout, influence and trading ability around the world, not a bloody series of fishing ports.

I've worked over there and next door in Sweden. Take out Oslo and there's feck all there. Norwegians are lovely people as opposed to the Swedes who are generally an arrogant lot, but I would never set this country on that path - we would be vastly undersold.

April 12th and out - that's the way to go. Grasp the nettle and get on with it. There is no real alternative unless you're a Europhile who doesn't really want to leave and will promote every reason (real or imagined) not to. You can dance to the tune of Junker and Tusk in the future - Barnier is just a Europuppet.

The Norway option is not out. It would give us a trading agreement with the EU. But would have to contribute billions to the EU budget, we would have to accept free movement of people from other EU countries.
The EU would make decisions which we have no say in. The Norway type option is even worse than Mays deal.
The Norway option is another way the remainers are using to keep us tied to the EU.

I went there for a look but apparently you can’t join unless you post pics of yourself sheepshagging.

Looks like it’s going to be Brexit, but 100% in name only. Happy?

No freedom of movement isn't name only, but to answer your question don't see anyone 100% happy, but could live with it.

The problem is May is the biggest remainer of them all, this mess is all down to her. A no deal Brexit is within her power, but she's been doing all she can to appease the 48%. Had the result of the referendum gone the other way, and leave had got 48%, there's no way she'd be trying to give those who voted leave parts of Brexit to appease them.

Had we had a brexiteer as PM we'd have already left last week.

What I've never been able to get my head round is this.

    A. Soft Norway Plus Brexit. No control of immigration, still paying in, no trade deals outside the EU, no say in decisions.

    B. Revoke. No control of immigration, still paying in, no trade deals outside the EU, able to influence direction.

Why is A preferable? Fails to meet any of the Brexiteer criteria, and leaves the UK financially and politically worse off?

Norway can do their own trade deals, plus agriculture and fishing are not covered in there EU deal which are 2 big areas for them. But your right no good for us,and not one that we will be going for.
Customs union, which has no freedom of movement is the way we will go,a compromise leaving no one fully happy.

Simple Davy... it’s not preferable. But technically Norway aren’t in the eu.. so you can claim it’s brexit whilst sort of remaining.
Hence ‘delivering’ on your brexit pledge whilst keeping the economists and markets happy.

T May is obsessed, and mentally unstable regarding her Brexit deal.

May saying she'll go back to the EU on all fours with mouth wide open to seek yet another extension.

May begs for a bipartisan effort to deliver Brexit.

May also goes crawling on all fours with mouth wide open to Corbyn in order to try and get her deal done.

Let me reassure you. As one of the 48% it’s never felt like the mad bat has been doing anything to appease me.

Hitler and Stalin did a deal in 1939. Then one stabbed the other in the back. History repeating itself?? They were such lovely people who represented their people implicitly.
