Dunno what the beef is here.

He clearly didn't chipnthe ball over a spurs player when on the touchline. He hacked it out of play :)

No beef, just amusing that Jimmy accepts what he deemed repeatable mistakes but regularly batters the "committee signings" for exactly that :)

Man Utd ref Taylor keeps their top 4 hopes alive by disallowing Arsenal's goal for an off the ball shirt pull

Where were our 10 penalties against Spurs?

Arsenal beating Newcastle and going above Spurs will be good for us. Might spur Spurs to fight harder and not spuriously throw the game away against City. Finish behind Arsenal and their fans will spurn them.

I’m sorry but I still don’t get it. By that definition, playing out from the back is too risky and we should just launch upfield.

And Virgil doesn’t play risky passes. He’s actually quite safe with his short passing or he opts to play it long. Matip and Gomez on the other hand are more comfortable on the ball and like to play through the lines. Again, this is why fans get frustrated with matip because he will occasionally lose the ball while trying to progress us up the field.

I do agree that players that need to find the balance between the two but Alisson has started far more attacks with his ‘risky’ passing than we have been caught out by it.

Other examples are when we have some midfielders who like to play it safe and never lose the ball vs players who take risks and lose the ball by playing high risk passes or dribble.

Hmm misplacing a pass vs Lovren making fundamental defensive errors.

Throwing punches or throwing the ball in the net. Just remember, your best footballing Sumer was since ‘96 was down to Jordan.

It’s incredible. They were going great guns even through injury and then hit a brick wall. Hopefully they’ll win everything for the rest of the season in the league from here on in <ok>

20th April is the only one I care about.

Yeah... But they have to rebound eventually don't they? An Arse above them might make them reach up. This might be the stinulus they needed.

It would be great if they rebounded in time to take points from City.

Thereagain, City might now go underestimate Cardiff before Spurs... They've got back to back games with nought but three days between coming up. It might be tempting to rest against lowly Cardiff and they might get humbled by them.

My highly scientific research aka the top 6 v the rest tells me arsenal should take 3rd and it's Utd v spurs for 4th.
