Lack of VAR helping the Championship side this time ?

Potential Brighton penalty first half and then a foul missed for Millwall's goal

I don’t think it was used at all. Didn’t see the ref go to his ear once.

Atkinson was quite correct first time. Excessive force and endangering an opponent. Yours is the first dissenting opinion I've seen on this

I was conversing with referees. One pundit, at least, thought that Sterling's penalty was the correct decision. I don't place much stock in pundits.

Yes - couple of needless bookings but were they reacting to the racist abuse some England play got sadly - but not unpredictable.

Why didn’t the 4th official tell pawson that Chelski had 2 offside players?

The Jersey Bulls have announced who their first game is to be against - a home pre-season friendly against Stevenage on 6th July. According to jerzeypie, it's going to be Boro's first team that come over. No team would come here to play the island representative side, but as soon as there is an actual club here, someone does decide to come, hopefully leading to more clubs following Boro's example. I hope that as Pompey captain, Jerseyman Brett Pitman could try and get them to send a team over, even if it's not their first team but that would probably be for the 2020-2021 pre-season as I think they'll have made all their arrangements for this summer.

Tough start for John Eustace but Dave's boys look odds on for promotion.

    EDIT: Good spot there!
