Lets ignore all the pundits and players being interviewed then and go with what you think then I'm only at work till 7:30, I won't be right before then so I'm out!
That's two massive OG's to cost you two massive games. Against the Chavs and now against Pool. Funny as **** from my perspective of course, but you have to admit there is something about Spurs that just seems destined to **** it up.
Sissoko doesn’t find that pass 9/10 times, cos he’s ****e. VVD is in his head before he’s even thinking about the pass or the shot. Somebody like De Bruyne has Silva or Sterling running for that pass and VVD ****s himself and commits to the tackle.
We had them on the back foot, equalised and should have finished them off. It’s like we just don’t think it’s permissble to win there or something.
This is what I mean about Spurs, even when you get close, you manage to find a way to **** it up. Is that a mentality thing ? If it is then it lies with the manager.
Definitely. But I think there’s more to it than Neville said. The psychological aspect of it, Sissoko was petrified to make the pass, getting in attackers head’s is the marque of a top defender.
Liverpool needed that win, and for all the rivalry and hate between us and them, I want them to stay in this race in case City threaten to do the quad for real.
I think its a matter of time before they win the league. We might not lose, but a draw against Southampton or Chelsea and its gone. FA cup is theirs and they should be in the final of the champions league, so thats where it will be decided imo
