I don't think sarri is a bad manager, I think chelsea as a club our in a mess. They have a team that only plays when it wants to, built on massively spending with no ethos or team spirit. Since morinho , all their managers have basically been nothing more than a figurehead there to take the **** when the players don't turn up and be sacked as a sacrifice. It's what happens when a mega rich owner takes over, but finds that throwing money year after year at the team doesn't guarantee success and Gets a bit bored.

Oh don't get me wrong spending ridiculous amounts of money will win you pots, Chelsea, utd, Blackburn and city have all spent in order to have success. I've always thought that abramovich thought he'd tip up spend **** loads and become the dominant force and that would be that, it would then feed itself. Instead it turns out that spending big one season means you've then got to spend the next and the next. A sustainable model was never introduced, a manager with a long term plan with a team behind him would have been a start. City have now come in and pissed all over Chelsea's dominance in the transfer market, so now they've got no unique selling point. Abramovich just looks a bit bored by it all now, which is always the problem with rich men's play things.
Don't be silly, they where playing well when he first came in, sarri ball was being applauded. Hazard then has his usual strop, the squad splits and can't be arsed to play unless they fancy. The players at Chelsea know if it all goes tits up it's not them that gets the sack!
Sarriball didn't stop working because of Hazard, its because it was really obvious how to stop it. About a month in every PL club had a chance to look at it and knew that closing down Jorginho was the answer (and frankly easy to do). Hazard's 'Strop' as you call it is because Sarri is too obstinate to change, despite the poor tactic costing them games. A good manager would see that it wasn't working and changed to something that does. Also other reasons he's a bad manager: *Keeps playing Jorginho, David Luiz, Willian, Kovacvic *Playing power games with the best player, Hazard *Wont play Hudson Odi or RLC *Plays Kante out of position to accommodate the poor Jorginho
So what your saying is sarri should have changed his tactics to suit what hazard wanted, regardless of what the manager feels is best in the long term for the club?
No he should have changed his tactic to something that works. Sarriball doesn't work in the PL, proven by the fact Chelsea wont even finish in the top 5 this season. Needs a slower paced league, like Italy. Also you're overlooking the Man Management issues (the reason Maureen was sacked at ManU) and Player selections.
