Will be backing at Doncaster 3.35 south seas 11-1 2.25 petrus 7-1 4.45 bankok 2-1 De sousa and balding could have a good day teamed up well during the week. In meydan Magic wand has a decent chance at 5s Gronkowski is a massive price in the last under Oisin 33-1 in the week the best TE ever to play the game retired.
The Lincoln hasn't been a bad race for favourites this century. Auxerre isn't much of a price, but I can't dig out the one who's going to beat him.
That's certainly the elusive Holy Grail we're looking for here Been gelded though, which probably wouldn't be the case if great things were expected.
Happy flat day all Just fancies these ones - 2 25 Doncaster - Calvados Spirit win 14/1, Fake news e/w 40/1 3 35 doncaster - kynren win 8/1 5 20 Doncaster - central city win 6/1, Trixie on the wins - Barron has a great record @ Doncaster Eirene expected to go close in 1 50 and is in fine form, but might find one or two of the boys too good but expected to at least place
A couple for me today. 1.50 Don Equilateral (money back if 2nd or 3rd with Skybet) 3.35 Don Beringer Singles & ew double. Have a good weekend fellas.
I get the odd snippet of info from the David o'Meara yard( trainer I don't tend to really follow).Anyway Lord Glitters might be good enough to sneak a place in 3.20 at Maydan 33/1.In the big race at Donny Humber has an ew chance at 14s. Formerly with Hugo 'Huge Ego' Palmer and now with the ginger maestro who has a decent strike rate with new horses first time out.He also has a good record in the races with five consecutive places and a win so will hopefully be in the money.Start of the flat season comes with obvious health warning but I'm happy to have a wee Saturday flutter nonetheless.
Really fancy ripp orf now no pace, Hayley on board delivered late could be squeaky bum but at the price .
why no pace ? surely this race always has plenty of it , ellsworth’s yard been very quiet last couple of months though , can’t remember when he last had a winner .......
Ripp Orf 14/1 six places in the Lincoln and in France Shendam at 7/1 in the 1.50 Saint Cloud looked the value option in a tight enough race. At Meydan I have Thunder Snow 5/1 in the World Cup and Cross Counter ante-post 9/1 in the Gold Cup. Good punting guys.
Morning all. 2 bets today: Doncaster 3.35pm Silver Quartz 28/1 e.w 1/4 odds 5 places. Quite like the look of this son of Frankel who beat Zwayyan last season in a handicap over the straight mile at Ascot yet Zwayyan is a lot shorter in the market. Perhaps the return to turf will bring about improvement, has had a couple of runs so wont lack in fitness and trainer is in quite good form. I'll take the chance at a good price. Uttoxeter 2.10pm Glimpse of Gold 5/1. Was 4th in this race last year off a 1lb higher mark on heavy ground and previously won this race in 2017. Horse is in decent shape after winning at Southwell last time. Quicker ground conditions will be in his favour and promising conditional jockey (18% strike rate) takes off a valuable 8lbs. He must have a big chance here and worth noting I think that trainer had multiple entries in this prior to final declarations but runs only this fellow. Good luck all.
