There's also the point that a man doesn't usually feel threatened when left alone with a strange woman. The number of incidents of women beating up men and then raping them are fairly low. Women live in a different world where any stranger could be perceived as a threat and when men make threats and sexual comments they never know if it's just words or if the guy intends to do something about it.
When in a position of power you have to lead by example. Personally I've seen a woman totally screw a guy over on a sexual harassment claim and she was just as bad as the blokes on the shift with the things she said. Personally I avoid it all in work and won't get into banter between the sexes, best left alone.
Not all of them are ****s, besides he's not a good business man, he's a **** one who's companies keep going bankrupt and loses all his investors their money. He doesn;t own any of the 'trump' buildings, he lost those years ago when his property company ended up owing $10b. He also lost his airline and his mortgage company, which he started 6 months before the housing collapse.
It's also about his position (or the position he was being elected for) and the culture of acceptance (or condoning it) that it promotes.
Its certainly a dangerous area to be joking at work. Does depend on who you're working for though and type or company/industry. My last office, despite being in the building industry, was predominantly office based and was more woman than men and we didn't care about all the PC stuff but I can imagine a big corporate firm in a major city in a field like the media industry would be troublesome. The woman I was with were of my age or above rather than a recently graduate girl who I would have been a lot more weary of. I try and gauge who I'm with. Friend of mine works for the council and he has to be very careful. I agree about leading by example to a point but I would also point out being at the top doesn't stop you from being a person and having feelings and lust - just have to be careful who you're talking too.

I didn't really get into it anyway but the case I mentioned made me very glad that I don't, the girl was full of it and would talk pure filth, she just decided one day she was in a bad mood and hung the guy out to dry. I think that if you're in a managerial position or higher that you should avoid it completely though regardless of the industry or if you are a man or woman, if you set the tone then hopefully that will be taken on board by those around you and the whole mess of it all can be avoided. Everyone will hate me for this... A girl on my team was being filthy with one of the lads in the office and decided to force his head between 2 sizable tits and jiggle them about. I was however given a trainee to work with me on a building site a couple of years ago who was on work placement from university and she also had massive tits! The girls in the office told me to be careful with her because she uses her tits as a bargaining tool with some of the older guys in the office and that she's a wrong'un. They were right about her - ****ing nightmare. I didn't bow to her tits which she hated and she thought she knew everything and would cry whenever she got a bollocking from me. She also told some of the builders she was a virgin (she was a proper Christian) and would keep her boyfriend happy by giving very good head which you can imagine went down a storm round the building site! In her final meeting with our top bods before going back to uni she gave an appraisal of our regional manager to the director of the region! As you can imagine they were seriously pissed off, gave her a lesson I'd already give her several times, and then told her she wouldn't be welcome to work for the company when she graduated. She was a ****ing strange character - I can imagine her ruining somewhere's career further down the line.
