I tend to cross over the Millenium bridge from St Paul's then skirt The Globe, Golden Hind and Clink ... lovely walk on a bright sunny morn
This is the thing in London, often it's just as quick to walk than get the tube. Much nicer to walk too as you get to see the City. Obviously depends on where you're coming from and going to. But loads of the central london tube stations are within a few hundred yards of each other. I think there's a few vids on you tube of people challenging each other to get to the same place via Tube v Running. By the time you've gone through the barriers, down the escalators, through the tunnels, waited for the train, got on, done the journey, got off, gone back up the escalators etc. It's quicker to just use your feet
Why would I smell y'****ing oddball? You're the one who uses a hedgehog as a hairbrush so that you save the ****ing planet.
I'm not anti-TV, I just don't have one in my house. I've got one over at my unit where my business is located, bought it when the world cup was on. I sometimes stick the news on when I'm over there, but mainly just use it as a radio. What I can't stand is walking into somebody's house and they've got a ****ing cinema screen in the corner dominating the room. If I come to your house, I'm there to talk to you, not to watch you getting distracted by some giant screen spewing out vacuous ****e.
Yeah, we've got Netflix. Can't say I've watched anything on it though other than Puffin Rock, Dinosaur King and H20 Mermaids though
Anyway, beautiful day down here in the shire. Just been for a dog walk and a cheeky little surf. This afternoon isn’t going to be so much fun though. Off to see my dad in the hospital, trying to assess how much longer he’s got left.
I've got a couple of very good mates down there, so when I have to go on business, I stop at one of their's and get scattered all weekend
