I see a lot on here blaming the Tory party for austerity, granted the tories introduced austerity, but surely this was done to get the economy back under control after 12 years of Tony B.liar and Gordon Browns Spend, Borrow, spend, borrow more, spend more, borrow even more and spend that then borrow loads more economic policy to finance a couple of illegal wars and the fact the banks went tits up on their watch and even Old Gordon selling our gold reserves for a pittance contributed, all these factors are the cause of austerity in my opinion and not the Tory party who introduced the measures before we ended up a little bit like Venezuela with the national debt spiralling even more out of control than it is. Socialism is f*****g great until you run out of other people’s money !!!
“BREAKING NEWS “ QPR to get new ground in London as new pm sells Houses of Parliament to pay for Brexit, Tony Fernandes snaps up site for a reasonable £4-59p, questions asked at PM’s questions at the new Houses of parliament in disused and rundown football stadium in Shepherd’s Bush !

If I understand it correctly May has told Parliament that they can’t vote on her deal again because she doesn’t think enough of them will vote for it, but also that she will ignore any alternative that they can get a majority for. ****ing brilliant.

On the latest Palestinen attack with a super rocket Anyone wonder if Palestine had this sort of rocket that can travel the distances claimed they won’t of used them before ... so far they have nothing like this weapon claimed it hit a random target and the family also had a bomb shelter that far inside Israel? That was lucky and very good preparation 2 dogs died and so Israel is bombing the ****e out of everything currently Trump instantly drops everything to support the action live on TV This is why many people including Corbyn stick to their views and JC is somehow a anti Jew that has been aligned by many on here as some sort of radical nutcase from the 1940’s
Just to add a human note to all of this, in the year of the referendum in 2016, 744 people renounced their British Citizenship - an increase of 73% from the previous year. This number has increased, partly because some EU countries do not accept the idea of dual nationality. Around 700 British Citizens became Dutch last year (the Netherlands does not accept dual nationality). There are 11,000 British living in Austria - another country which does not accept dual nationality. All over Europe, Brits are becoming German, French, Spanish, Portuguese - even a couple becoming Rumanian. I was one of the lucky ones who took German nationality at an earlier date (still retaining British nationality as well). Thousands are having their lives disrupted through no crime of their own, just by having exercised their right of free movement. The home office naturally insists that this spike in renunciation of British nationality has nothing to do with Brexit. At the same time they have raised the price of renunciation applications - thus cashing in on the problems faced by their fellow countrymen
why did they renounce were they forced to by the european countries they live in was all 744 because of europe is austria threatening to boot out the british
Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar signlaled he’s confident some special arrangement can be found to keep border in Ireland invisible in a no-deal Brexit. Ireland is hoping to win a special deal with both the U.K. and EU that would keep the border with Northern Ireland open if the U.K. leaves the bloc without a withdrawal deal. The frontier will be the only land crossing between the EU and U.K. after Brexit, and how to keep it open has become a key stumbling block in talks between the two sides. “The U.K. government has already indicated that in the event of no deal the first thing they will do is treat Northern Ireland differently in terms of customs,” Varadkar said in an RTE Radio interview on Sunday. “That’s what will be required essentially” Varadkar said talks on the matter have already begun in a “preliminary and very rough way,” he said. “There is a real understanding of the unique situation we face in Ireland.”
