Comical goal gifts Arsenal victory. Swansea City deserved a point. I predict a top 20 finish for Arsenal this season.

I think this is, with all respects, the weakest Arsenal's squad has been for quite a few years... and I think it's just bad timing that it's come when Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool (maybe even Spurs? Less so, obviously...) have really strong squads. The top 4 will have a clear gap this season to 5th, I think.

Jesus, you would make a Samaritan depressed. Why aren't you our manager as you know so much?

Well it's 3 points but we obviously lack creativity. Hopefully Ramsey and Arteta start feeling comfortable with their game, or we will be in real trouble until Wilshere comes back.

Yurilly are a genius aren't you? 'Top 20 finish', what a clown. You telling me most people could put the ball in the net from that angle? The only thing comical is your post.

Swansea, well played today. On any other day this could've easily been a repeat of the Hull City game a few years back. When Sinclair outran Sagna in stoppage time and got to the byeline, I closed my eyes and prayed. I've seen this happen too many times with this Arsenal team!
Swansea never really looked under that much pressure. They were pretty dominant, in fact. I don't think we'd have scored if it wasn't for that terrible mistake by Vorm. I can't believe how pedestrian our team were in the last 30 minutes when they needed to go out and set the record straight. Alot of these players had their reputations damaged with the 8-2 and this performance really hasn't done much to suggest that result was a one-off.
To be honest, we were clinging on abit and Danny Graham should've scored atleast once. Can't believe a newly promoted team were looking so comfortable and dangerous at the Emirates!

At the Emirates, and Swansea are the better team, good job we don't have Borini up front anymore, Arsenal would have been slaughtered, Arsenal going nowhere this season! Graham really needs to start finishing now, hope we don't have another duff striker!..................

The Mark Twain quote springs to mind with Jayram.. "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt"

Perhaps not but we won, which was the most important thing today. Liverpool lost to Stoke, and how much did they spend? Now there's a set of fans who've got a right to moan.
We will get important players back, and we will improve.

When you're born to a parent who is a footballer, have played football all your life, have played it professionally for 10+ years and at a top club for 2.5+ years and are on £50,000+ a week then yes you should be able to do that.

Yep<ok> But they brought poorly. A lot of players with little quality for a lot money, not bright. Says a lot about the people who made those signings, and the coach who agreed and said nothing while those signings were made<laugh>

Disappointed that we didn't take a point there, even more so that their goal came from a cock up! But Graham's miss :( iv constantly said we need to give him time and he will score, his movement has been really good and i know that a sever lack of supply to him isnt helping but i hope he doesn't need any more time as his misses when he does get the chances are costing us. 2 games and 2 sitters missed from 8-10 yards....not good. But i am sure he will score against West Brom next week.....hopefully

    "Wenger has completely lost it."
"it's one of the worst pieces of management yet by the fool"
"Wenger couldn't shape the best 11 players on the world onto a team."

Really? Could have fooled me. Maybe we don't insult people who can answer back?

So in that split second he got to think and act, you're saying most players in the Prem could do that? You could just about manage to say your name in that time.

Can anybody who watch the game tell me in all honesty did the Swans play well. I listened on the radio and I'm disappointed that we didn't come away with a point, thought we deserved something out of the game.
