Not Gyan's fault. He is a worker looking for his best wage. Aren't we all?

    QUINN OUT.

True everybody looks for the best wage

however, the difference between 60k year and 75k a year is huge!! but 65k a week and 75k a week surely cant increase your standard of living much! ( disclaimer : no idea on that he makes , just general figures). Im sick of these bloody so called superstars

Was thinking tho is there NO INCOME TAX in uae? i think not

I heard today the lad is on £25k. No proof, but if true, disgusting; and if true, QUINN OUT.

I want answers. Something is wrong. Where is the money going? Ned desperately unhappy at City (cos of the s**t with his mam) We buy the "Egyptian Beckham?" for £2m? Get real.

Something is starting to stink at my club and it needs sorting out.

i never expect to lose!! but in reality we will get nothing out of that fixture 9 times out of 10. I didnt expect to see so many empty seats or our "star" striker gone ( not this morning anywho ).

Obviously not with the players we have on display and our tactics. But there'll be plenty of teams considered our equal or lesser taking points off that Chelsea team throughout the season.

    Yes Quinn out!

We have the fan base, the history, of a big club.

The club have told us how much money they have thrown at players.

I doubt it now. Quinn is a liar. Where is the world-class centre forward? Where is the world class manager?

    B*lls**t.

Been out golfing all day today, just got back and still in shock!!

Ok, never really expected us to be capable of beating Chelsea because the players have not gelled yet, but dissappointing to hear we played so poorly.

Gyan!!! WTF is going on? It is only just over a week since the transfer window closed and we are in a state of chaos already. Gyan is a worldclass striker who, just 48 hours ago, committed himself to our wonderful club and fans, he cost £13m and was seen as an investment for SAFC ..... so why send him off to some mickey mouse club in the UAE? and leave us with such an inexperienced set of strikers?
If Gyan was so bloody fed up with SAFC why didn't we sort it all out over the last two months, why was it all so frantic on the last day of the transfer window?

All of this smacks of inept management at all levels, something we thought we had put behind us. Ellis, Quinn and Bruce need to explain to the fans what all of this about and why we find ourselves in a position that would not give ANY manager a chance of moving this club forward. By January we could be ****ed and whether Bruce or any other manager, what chance of attracting the quality we were promised?

    Absolutely GUTTED!

Gyan lost interest in Sunderland toward the end of the season, that was obvious from his body language then. He turns up this season looking like he'd found Andy Reid's secret supply of pies and eaten the lot in one session and his body language is even worse. He's gone and I for one am very pleased to see the back of him. He was never a world class footballer as has been claimed earlier in this thread, he is simply a lazy greedy foreigner the like of which is ruining football thoughout Europe.

When Bruce brought on young Conor Whickham today we saw more effort and commitment from him in 30 minutes than we've seen from Gyan since he arrived at the club. OK both he and Ji are young and inexperienced but I'd be happy to see them play every week alongside Bentdner and I'd bet that they will soon be causing defences problems and scoring goals. I thought Gardener looked as though he will shape to score a few goals from midfield but both him and Larrsen need to brush up on fitness.
