How do you know he was riding like a twat ? Sounds like he was doing what every cyclist is entitled to do and ride up to the front of the lights. The law will find in the cyclists favour, so if luvs son is smart he won’t try and brush him off.
As long as there is no more playing on the injury and he wants lets say £20 for a new wheel my son will pay him as it was mainly his fault and it seems the right thing to do. Personally I'd tell him to **** off.
