Not racist. No enquiry into Police being institutionally non-racist. Mother of victim will not be made a peer of the realm and be worth millions. If person or persons are found guilty and are of ethnicity it will be because the justice system fails black youths and the judge was racist and the jury were affected by unconscious bias because of slavery.
