With Newcastle being ****ing useless and conceding 2 goals to Arsenal inside the first 3 minutes it is now imperative that we win later on too.

By the way Arsenal fans bleet on about teams rolling over for us, well what the hell are Newcastle doing?!

newcastle would have done better taking that 35million for carroll and stacking it infront of their goal.

or just not even turning up.

By the looks of it, it's gonna one of those days where the big teams all win and win well.
    Hopefully we do the biz.
    Wolves are never easy though.

Famous last words boys. What a comeback! Nice work Diaby.

Is this the beginning of the end of Arsenal's title challenge for another season? Probably not, but it certainly gives us a boost!

i'd like to offer my sincerest apologies to mr pardew, the entire geordie nation and NUFC for my prior scepticism.

arsenal's title challenge falters yet again. when the going gets tough, they melt away...lightweight.

I cannot believe my eyes. Arsenal know how to fluff a game, but they've suprised me this time.

It will be a crime if we don't win tonight to take advantage.
Still expect Chelsea to finish above Arsenal.

Well, from what the Beeb live text said, the penalty for the third goal wasn't clear cut. So the ref was obviously bribed / bought / intimidated / hypnotised / is a robot from the future sent back in time for some uncertain reason known only to Wenger.

Other than that, I'm sure the grass was too long / short; pitch too narrow / wide / hard / soft / generally bad; your opponents played too many long balls; Abou Diaby was clearly provoked all game; and the team still has a long way to improve before fulfilling their destiny as Masters of the Universe.

Pick and mix your favourite ones from that bunch...

    excuses:

the ball was the wrong shape.

we were distracted by the thought of the league cup final.

and the always used excuse: united paid off the ref.

    **** **** **** ****

Uh, yes we played very crap in the second half, but the decision that just defined the second half was Szezesny getting a yellow card for being in a headlock.
