    Thats 1 pass.
Xabi Alonso made passes like that on a regular basis, and although he's a very good player, he wouldn't be in the top bracket.
Still no evidence to suggest that Plain Rooney is world class.

Watch United today you will see Rooney pick out a variety of passes. I unlike you watch every single United game and Rooney does that type of thing all the time. Just think this is a striker who will score at least 20 goals a season for you sitting in the midfield and spraying passes 30 yards. He has more to his game than any striker in the league and contributes more than any other striker in the league.

He wasn't world class. He was great but not world class. Pele played in a different time when Brazilian and European leagues were on an even keel. Had he been around this time he would no doubt be playing in Europe.

yeah 50% of the time, thats the problem, he does it as much as he doesn't.

You are only remembering the good bits and forgetting a lot of United and England games where he was utter sheite, a lot of games

Rooney ain't even in the top 6-7 strikers playing europe, taking everything in to account.

    Villa
    Eto'o
    Higuain
    Aguero
    Messi
Ronaldo(more or less a forward, is not a winger anymore)

He's good, but not good enough for the elite players, and he's pretty average at international level, apart from when playing against useless teams, example vs Wales last week, he was invisible, not existent in the game, a player like Messi, Ronaldo, or even Aguero would have done something, whether an individual piece of skill, at least would made something happen, that's why he'll never win a ballon'Dor/world player of the year, he's good, but not what's needed at a Barca, Real madrid or a team wanting to something at International level like a world cup or european championship.

I wouldn't class Aguero as world class yet, he still needs to prove himself - watching him there isn't a whole lot of difference between him and Suarez.

Lol Aguero's pace and finishing is far better than Suarez, Suarez ain't even got world class ability.

Interesting.... I see Suarez as the best striker in the Premiership. Up there with the very best in Europe. Aguero is a talent I rate very highly too. Both will improve (which is a scary thought) as they are young.

Messi is almost invisible for Argentina most of the time, and Ronaldo has plenty of poor games for Portugal so your comment that they "would" have done something seems like a pretty poor argument.

Btw who is Suarez playing at Liverpool with i.e. competition. Kuyt? Bellamy? Carroll? These players are ordinary, average. Probably why liverpool are not in the champions league...........
