I have the up in the sky dreams even now and I'm 53 . Been having them since age 6 . It's not flying though it's actually running in the Sky .. It's actually ****ing ace
Yeah it's really wierd . What does it mean ?? I've also had a few where I live in the Moon . It's just 2 rows of 6 terraced houses opposite each other and the street lights on ..
Dunno about your moon dreams man But I think the flying ones are an expression/reflection of freedom and exploration.
My oldest had this problem when he was younger, scared the hell out of me. Seems to be out of it now though.
Used to have them a lot, not lately though. Or I’d dream that I was leaving the ground, not flying exactly, just lifting up into the sky. With a mixture of fear and excitement. Someone told me they were about dying; but that was ages ago and I’m not dead yet (I don’t think)
My only recurring dream is a pretty **** one where I have to sit a Latin A level but didn’t go to any of the classes so don’t know what I’m doing. I didn’t do Latin for A level and even if I had it would’ve been a decade ago. Without reading the thread I’m confident this is the most middle-class contribution.
I have dreams about not being ready to sit an exam. Then I wake up and understand why I’m a total loser.
I certainly don't think dreams mean anything, but it's not entirely random either, you tend to dream about things that are on your mind rather than things which are not.
I had a dream that one day this nation rose up, lived out the meaning of its creed and held up the truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.
One thing I haven't mentioned is a girl I used to see at university sometimes used to talk in her sleep but with her eyes open. It would wake me and I'd turn and look at her and her eyes were open but she was mumbling non words. She'd then turn back over and go to sleep. It was ****ing weird.
