It really is. He needs more experience at the highest level to really cement himself, that's why I think this Barca game may have come just a little too soon for him. I hope he's given time to get that experience. I'm not comparing him directly with Pep Guardiola but if he could do it at Barca, so can Ole at Utd.
They were there before Pep but he got the best out of them and they became a completely different side. That's all I'm expecting Ole to do with the likes of Pogba, Rashford, Lingard, Herrera. Pep also brought in Busquets from the reserves who was just as important, as he did with others. Ole already looks to be doing the same. The starting point may be different, but the approach and progress is what matters.
