I saw both the last 2 games on the Officials live stream, and have to agree we were pretty terrible and way off the performance in the last game I saw, the home win over Leeds, wherein then we didn't play at the hights we reached before the New Year- Freeman excepted.

Nevertheless, some of the reaction on these forums seems over the top. I think we are still trying, but have lost form, belief and confidence. They probably all need a break the International's provide. We need most of all to give Freeman a break and then play him as the central attacking midfielder who as he did in the Leeds game, can win games almost by himself when fresh and on form, as he was after injury for that Leeds game. Last night it was Eze who was pulling the strings in central midfield, but he played far too deep, rarely got forward, and doesn't have Freeman's drive about him yet.

Having Cameron back should also be a big help.

No. More expensive and couped up for 17 hours. Better to stretch legs though my brief spell in Dubai was ruined by the Rs capitulation to Rotherham.
Loved the A380. What a piece of kit!

Presumably Eze played so deep because he was following instructions?

Nope. It really was that bad. The TV stream must be playing the wrong game if you truly thought otherwise. If you don't believe us not606'ers who suffered through this appalling 90 minutes then maybe read CW's thoughts... https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/news/49930

I don't know, but it left Hemed very isolated up front, and Eze talent is not maxed back there.

After reading Clive's report, I understand why I am so numb.
While watching, I said to my 12 year old boy - "What is BOS doing on the left wing?" and he replied: "Don't be silly, why would he switch wings when he is slaughtering their left back?" Answers on a postcard to Hair Island, please!
