NO. Conte won two trophies in two years at Chelsea, doesn't that say he's a good coach or had you forgotten he had done that? His record for Chelsea alone PROVES he's a better coach than Poch or do you think that Poch's the best there is? Not petty, just realistic.
 
There you are deedub, I posted a coach's name I'd LIKE at Tottenham so PLEASE stop posting a load of old Castor and Pollux about things I DID NOT SAY.

Winning two trophies at Chelsea does not prove that he is a better coach for our club than Poch. Di Matteo won with Chelsea, so he is better than Poch right?

Conte was in charge of a better side with more resources than Poch. He spent around £130m in the season he won the league, we spent around £65m and finished second to them. Money talks, DGC. Conte is a superb manager, make no mistake but I doubt many people could’ve done better than Poch on the budget he’s had.

is he saying the squad isnt good enough or is he saying he isnt good enough to turn us into winners anytime soon? If its the squad then he has changed his tune in the space of a few months.

There is nothing positive to be taken out of that comment

Neither, it was just the way you interjected with it. These supporters are happy to wait ten years for a trophy and would still like Poch in charge.

Yet you think that by improving our chances of winning a trophy we should sell the guy many consider the best striker in world football. Strong logic that.
 
paultheplug, RDM won the CL in half a season and everybody knows Chelsea FLUKED it. Of course he isn't better but Conte is and he's out of work.

Conte is a ****. Doesn’t mean he’s a bad manager. Still also doesn’t take away the fact he needed a bigger budget to better Poch when he was at Chelsea.

We'd be nearer the top two if he hadn't come back Dier and yes, I do think we'd be more effective. I think the others would have put us too far ahead for Burnley or Southampton to beat us and I think we'd have beaten Chelsea.

So what about the 20 or so games before his injury? We’d likely be in 10th place if we never had Kane in this side.
