For the overseas contingent, it also means that none of these televised games will be shown on the iFollow app as well. Waste of money for anyone who's signed up for the season.
Double whammy. For me in the US the games get moved to weekday afternoons when I’m at work, and I can’t even watch on a dodgy stream. Plus not on ifollow.
Love these figures... There was a fair bit of concern around where the goals were going to come from at the beginning of this season after we sold Maddison and Murphy but we're in good hands.
The unity in the team is exceptional and they all work for each other, as you can see from the stats https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/201...-thought-on-signing-new-deal-at-norwich-city/ #yougottalovetheguy
So now that last night's events have sunk in, we now have DF here until 2022 and another win to take us back to the top with 9 games to go. Rotherham away will be tough after their late win and their battle to avoid relegation. If we can win that, though, things could open up a lot. As Lisbon Canary pointed out in the match thread: "But IF (big if) we beat Rotherham (they won tonight and are making a decent fight of staying up), we must be a minimum of five points clear of third place. Sheff win: Sheff 4 points behind, Leeds 5 Draw: Leeds go 4 behind, Sheff 6 Leeds win: Leeds 2 behind, Sheff 7" With 8 games left after that, one or both of them could be faced with an uphill task to catch us if we beat Rotherham. I'm hoping for a draw at Elland Road.
I'm pulling for a Leeds win, Rick, to give us an extra point margin of safety in the top two. I'll worry about who wins the league later. The most important thing, though, is to beat Rotherham on Saturday.
I too like the 'we beat Rotherham, Leeds beat Sheffield' possible scenario. That would give a considerable bit of daylight were that to happen.
I feel mixed about this, but both losing two points is my preference. Then if either fail after that, our chances improve accordingly. A draw would still be a good result though.
I would take a draw between them. The worst outcome IMO would be a SHU win. Blades are on such a run with 6 clean sheets in a row that they will be hard to stop if they win on Sat. ps. does anyone else have a problem when hitting the "Post Reply"? When I do it, the screen jumps and I have to click it again.
A Blades win would be the worst result for us, but we'd still be 4 points ahead of them and 5 ahead of Leeds if we do beat Rotherham. Crikey! But, fourth successive win for City? Fifth, wasn't it? Not that Sky get things wrong, obviously.
