What are our thoughts on the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre?? Jill, what do you think about the pedestrianisation of Norwich town centre? I’ll be honest I’m dead against it. People forget that traders need access to DIXONS... They do say it’ll help people in wheEEEeelchairs…
A convenient representation of a local person blindly placed upon a pedestal to represent all that is good amounts to nothing more than popular mind conditioning. The measured opinion of the critical mind may not provide a fuzzy warm feeling, but it offers so much more - something nearer the truth. https://www.bbc.co.uk/history/british/abolition/william_wilberforce_article_01.shtml
Love this fixture. My eldest is at uni in Norwich so i get time with her and we watch City. Ain’t life grand sometimes.
Prior to leaving England for South Africa in 1966 I went with my mum and previous husband on a cathedral tour of about 10 including Norwich. A lovely experience. The match is on TV live early am. in Aus. Have just finished watching the Bristol City v Ipswich match which was a good result for Hull City.
But nobody with any sense claims to be from Wisbech; or even to have been there. And don't get me started on Elgoods' beers...
You have seen our last few away performances? I can’t see anything other than defeat. I hope I’m wrong, but at this moment in time away from home we are ****.
Hello Tigers Don't know if you've seen this but we think it's going to be an announcement of a new contract for our manager who is currently only tied until the end of this season. If so, brace yourselves for some mental scenes - it will be as good as a goal head start for them Naaarge bors!
Nah, nothing other than Delia supplying the pies going forward! 'Lets be having you' I hear, who wants one?
Unlike West Brom, for example, we're quite content to stick, and not twist. So your Nigel will be safe on Humberside for a while yet. Seriously, though, he has managed to get all our young stars to sign extended contracts - but not committed to a better deal for himself - and god knows, he's earned it this season
Honestly Norwich is having a great season, but Hull City should prevail on the pitch tonight. Good luck!
