Ok Mindy let me try again. White British people make up 44.9% of all the people living in London. By far the largest group of people who live there. Now, here's the bit you seem to have trouble with, not all those white folks are bankers and such like. A good proportion of that 44.9% will be poor and unemployed. True proportionally speaking that proportion maybe smaller than the poor and unemployed in, let's say, the 4.2% of Caribean folk living in London but because there are so very many white British people living in London that means there are lots and lots more poor and unemployed white folks than there is poor and unemployed Caribean folks. In fact there will be more poor and unemployed White folks than all the other poor and unemployed folks from most of the other ethnic minorities put together. Hope this helps.
