Won't be going mad today with 2 personal 'no bet' races on the card (Altior's romp and the cross country). Despite the money for Easy Game in the first I am sticking to those I put up on the preview night:

    1.30 City Island
    2.10 Topofthegame
2.50 Brio Conte / Wicklow Brave

That might well be it. Fred Winter is a minefield and in the bumper I worry about the ground for Envoi Allen (plus the fact the Willie sends a 4YO - surely a tip in itself?). I might just go with the e/w saver on Abacadabras (hoping Lisa can keep him on the track).

Take your pick in the 2.50.
I think Calie Du Mesnil might just be a nice pick, given it was beaten just a neck by Dallas Des Pictons (one for Friday) at Leopardstown last month; the drop in trip in testing conditions here, the fact that the Mullins Meister cannot be ignored and the first time tongue tie is on all make me very interested.

The one horse in the bumper who does intrigue me is Master Debonair. You'd normally have expected him to have gone novice hurdling by now and I think it significant that Tizzard has kept him back for this. Some money for him this morning too.

Not me as I'm a fashion guru in my own right. I'm confined to indoors at the moment otherwise I'd be there swashing up and down showing off my gleaming cod-piece. Some may ask "has he got a double hernia?" ... but what do they know about fashion!!

there seems to be a lot of confidence behind Min in the Champion Chase.
if Altior goes to 1/2 he probably is worth backing.

Couple of interesting shorties at Kempton today too. A couple of us put up Camachess last week when he won and he followed up again by 4 lengths last night. He is still entered today in the 4.40 and is currently 6/4. Simba Samba (the trainers other winning handicap debutant on Friday) came out on Monday and should have won again (was given a shocking ride) so he it seems to have been a bit of a plot to clean up some quick races with these two so if Camachess does indeed run again I suspect he will win this too.

The other is Jai Hanuman in the 7.15. He has won his last two very well and looks very well in here under a penalty. A shade of odds on but again, i expect him to win.

Fairly large stakes on the double at around 3.5/1
