    Damn.

Probably sounds worse than it is because it's only a couple of months out and not a reoccurrence of the same injury but still very disappointing.

That's the silver lining isn't it, unrelated to his previous problems. Misses the rest of this season but has a full pre season and raring to go for the next.

Still not good news - he must be gutted. This league must be the ruin of many promising careers.

The clogger who knobbled him only gets a second yellow, there's no justice, hope the lad gets back asap.
Wycombe put so much into our game they get turned over at home by Accrington, poetic justice.

Makes the yellow even more of a joke. He gets a one match ban but puts a lad out for 3 months! Punishment should fit the crime imo. An intentional challenge which injurs a player should carry a much heavier ban

Been the same all season. Very few teams play well after playing us. Put everything into our games but have nothing fir the next one.

I just hope that continues - Barnsley ran themselves into the ground tonight - their pressing game was impressive.

Thought that too. Best team we’ve played this season imo

It really was. Everytime the ball went out wide, our attacker was looking at 1v3. Hope that is just the way Barnsley normally sets up rather than the league figuring out our patterns of attack.

High pressing has been their game plan all season, they flood the midfield and teams can't play out from the back against them.
We handled them quite well last night and we can't be too disappointed taking an away point from a team above us.
The wind didn't help either side but we're not seven points behind them and for that reason they will be disappointed in not winning their home game.
    Still lots to play for.

Wycombe put all their efforts into causing trouble, it was not a game but a dirty premeditated fight. Justice will only be served when we are at least two leagues away from scum like these Wanderers.

****ing disgrace. The **** isn't fit to lace Dunc's boots and gets away with a one match ban only while Dunc's out for the season with another nasty injury.

The ****house intended to hurt him as he was nowhere near the ball. Just in keeping with Wycombe's tactics all day really.

Should have been a straight red for me.

If he was a horse he'd be shot, poor lad isn't physically up to it. Shame.

So a bad tackle means he's physically not up to it?

Just a tackle that happens and people get up from, , last two times he's broke down with no one near him, he's not physically up to it, been loads of players like that, injury prone.
Micheal Owen was the same, fart near him and he was out for 6 month, lost his pace and wasn't the same. Accept it, move on.
