Tofu or chicken or both Packet of stir fry veg Egg (scrambled) Pint of Chicken stock (hot water + stock pot/cube) Spoonful of peanut butter Fry in a wok in that order. Low carb, low cal. Super filling. Dead simple. Crack another egg in for extra protein.
