Because it is - and that's before bringing up how van Nistelrooy had a falling out with Ferguson in 2005-6 that saw him benched for a run of games, and I'm sure it's just a coincidence that he was shipped off at the end of that season, so trying to claim he was sold for tactical reasons is another lie. I would not deny that Saints, like every other club, has a handful of voluble dickheads happy to besmirch the name and reputation of the club. But tbh, the only Yid chants I heard on Saturday came from the visitors end. Same thing every time we play you. Not sure how many of your own fans are offended by the 'Yid Army' stuff? Obviously there should be zero tolerance for gas oven chants, etc., and I would expect most Saints fans to give short shrift to anyone doing that, and would hope they were identified and barred for life.
