No, you are ****ing clueless, because you allow your fear of black people (where does that come from btw?) to blind you to what is obviously a far more complex social problem. So what is your solution? Put all the blacks in jail? Well guess what, genius, the jails are full to bursting, and there are no screws in there either because the government cut back on spending there too. I'm not saying there aren't deep seated problems in black communities to which there might not be simple answers, because unlike you I don't think in binary all the time. But I am saying that even a nut job like you can surely recognise the obvious correlation between 20,000 fewer coppers in London and the corresponding increase in crime.
