Has @Hoddle Is A God an answer

Spurs are ahead of Arsenal by only one point, and 8 days ago it was 10 points.

HIAG will have to leave this place permanently if Spurs manage to finish below us this season.

His life on here will be a living hell.

  3. Not really.

Next season, with the new stadium, we'll be back in control in North London.

    You watch.

    Next season <laugh>

You've been banging on about finishing above us all season. If you don't, you will never hear the end of it mate. The wumming will be so intense that you'll be on the phone to the old bill within minutes.

Is there any data on season tickets for the new stadium? 62k seats iirc and an average premiership attendance of probably less than ourselves this season (52k). I get that Wembley is a pretty huge stadium to fill each week but wondering if the new WHL is projected to fare better?

Think we have 40k ST holders.

Last season at Wembley, we averaged 65k-70k I believe, this season was a write off though, many stuck it out at Wembley for the first year but weren’t happy doing it again once we realised we’d be there for a second. The club offered 1/19th of your ST price as a refund for each game you didn’t wish to attend this season and so a lot of people have taken up that offer for many matches, hence the poor attendances. Once we’re back home though, I’d imagine we’ll fill the 62k easily, especially if we were averaging 65k-70k last season at a stadium we didn’t want to go too.

Why not? We averaged 65k-70k at Wembley last season and Spurs fans hate going there.

    But really you're not.

You've never been known for massive crowds, and unless you start winning something, it will remain the same.

Of course we haven’t, we’ve had a 36k stadium, hence the move to a new 62k stadium <laugh>

That's a big jump, and you won't sell it out.

I'm not taking the piss, i know all to well about having a stadium that is to big, unless you are winning.

Arsenal and now Spurs will both benefit from the tourists to UK who want to watch a game that will take up any slack.

Do you not get them in Sunderland?
