Even in the days of football violence, i can never remember supporters running on the pitch wanting to attack players, well not in England/Wales anyway. The first i ever saw it happen at my club was versus Wycombe around six years ago. The lad received a hostile response afterwards from every home fan. We had the Rangers incident the other day and now this. I can never remember players in decades gone by being the target of violence from these twats. Maybe others can?
