    I've already answered, against Spurs.

Steven Davis goal at your place when Koeman was here. Long time coming today in that case.

Yeah, sell Harry Kane, sell Deli Alli, invest in 10,000 koi carp and turn the new stadium into the worlds biggest goldfish bowl.

Just back from St Mary’s. My goodness, the Saints fans enjoyed that, which is more than I did. We didn’t have a clue how to cope with Southampton in the 2nd half. We make far too many changes in defence every week, I always get nervous when I see Toby isn’t playing. However, any team which defends like we did on their equaliser, is always liable to lose a football match. We’ll never get the rub of the green from a referee like we did in the first half, yet we still couldn’t take advantage. Truth is, we should have been at least two goals ahead at half time , we weren’t and then were bang average in the second half with far too many players giving under par performances.

A day to forget. Finally, I think Nathan Redmond is a little twat.

I`m slashed off tonight, an absolute shart show of a second half, we dominated the first half and failed to take our chances to go in 2 or 3 goals up (I remember at the time wondering if that would come back to bite us). Second half was just awful, comedy defending for their first goal with 4 defenders failing to clear the ball, and the change in fortunes seemed to coincide with Lucas being subbed off, KWP was decent apart from once again he gave away a goal, I don`t think he is quite ready yet. I`m not sure who I blame, the players or the manager, but it was one of the Spursiest of Spursy results. Things don`t look too good with almost certain defeats to come away at Klanfield and Wastelands.

This afternoon showed what happens when we go off script: we're supposed to get to half time wondering how the hell we're still level, then reach full time with three points wrapped up. Instead we were leading at half time, and we're not supposed to do that!!!

    Think everyone is mate.

This for me has been the least enjoyable season under Poch since he’s been here. Even up until recently where we had the most points at a stage in the season, I just haven’t enjoyed the football for the most part. We’ve had to scrape by a large number of wins after poor performances and I can probably only count on one hand the genuinely good 90 minute displays. Add in that we failed to strengthen in either window which obviously disappointed the **** out of me, coupled with Wembley and the potential of throwing away top four, it’s just been a really **** season that seemed to promise so much in the summer.

I think we’ll stutter and splutter for the remainder of the season. A mixture of wins, draws, losses - so inconsistency because we’re out of ideas and have few ways to change things.

Usually when we lose, we get back to being tough to beat and go on an unbeaten run. This season it’s very different. Recent results have taken the wind out of our sails. Our focus, intensity and belief has withered away.

I think there’s players out there wondering what’s next for Spurs like the rest of us. We have an amazing new stadium to go to which should give us a huge lift. Instead, there’s no initial signs it has galvanised us... yet.

The issue is, we had the opportunity this season to reinforce and build on three great years of progress. Yet instead we failed to bring in anyone as our attention has been swayed by the building issues which shouldn’t happen.

We’re in a weird place right now. Poch has to lift the lads knowing we’re thread bare outside our best 11. He tried to rest a few today and it backfired. It just shows our squad isn’t good enough right now to sustain a top four tilt. United are hot on our heels and ready to pounce. As are Chelsea and even the Goons.

Since Burnley it’s been all downhill and we’re worryingly going back to our old ways.

Upcoming fixtures make our prospects very unnerving.

We are all disappointed but NO ONE HAS FEKKING DIED. A win against the mousers and all of this will be forgotten. The beauty of the Premier league is that anyone can beat anyone. COYS!

As I said, anyone can beat anyone. A long as the wind is blowing and the grass is growing we stand a chance.

Too many players who aren't fit for purpose, and those who are don't have any real competition.

We've been found out in the PL because teams have now played against the core of this team for 4 or 5 seasons. It's no surprise that our only decent games of football in months have been in the CL. European teams haven't faced us before so aren't sure what to do with us.

The one positive from the game - other than Alli returning to action - was hearing Poch finally laying into the players for their complacency and arrogance. The fight we had in our first few seasons simply isn't there. And yes, injuries and playing at Wembley have contributed massively to that, but if the manager says the core of the problem is a mental one, I am inclined to believe him. And that isn't going to change with the same group of players who have had that same problem since the 15/16 season. The squad is stale and in urgent need of hungry new talent keeping to help everyone lift their game. We have been coasting for far, far too long and I am sorry to say it but that comes from the very top. Building a new stadium is a magnificent achievement don't get me wrong, but it does little to nothing to make the players hungrier for success.

G'night all. Off to find a cat.
