You'd think so London, but Rotherham can be a difficult side to play against. The Bristol game is another tough one. We need something out of it.
Hopefully they are, guess I was making the point that we have to look after ourselves endnote rely on other teams to do us a favour. It's just getting so close I can hardly bare the thought of missing out on the autos
I know what you mean London, I certainly didn't see the WBA result happening. But it's in our own hands. So near yet so far.
I agree Gessa, they can even nickm it after their recent win, they'll be pumped. After 33 games, Rotherham have had 15 draws, but won only 6.
Bristol City fan in peace Both of our clubs are having seasons that have probably exceeded our expectations - that's certainly the case for us having sold 3 of our best 4 players in the Summer. Really looking forward to the game - should be played at a high pace - we like to press and counter (hence our away form is better than at home since October). With both our first choice keepers out we are fortunate to have young Max who has played 6 or 7 games already this season. We have also signed some bloke I have never heard of as cover. Luke Ayling was very popular so he will get a decent reception. Every game for you now will feel like "must win" or "must get something out of it" - my only advice is to try and enjoy the ride All the best for the rest of the season (after Saturday!)
My take if we can contain your play,we will be a force.we need to play the high tempo game and let your players try to contain us. If we don’t I think you will win the game Having said that two teams playing quality football could end up 0-0. Let’s just enjoy a cracking game by two good football playing sides.
Watch out for my blog on Sunday which also has loads of photos included. If you see me wearing my blue beret outside the ground ask for a photo!
Evening all, Me being pissed is clear evidence we do better if I get well into it before the game starts That is the quote from 20/20 last week, you know what to do fella.
We have a goalkeeping issue but apart from that we are looking good. Semeyo could feature and who knows. On paper - and given current league position and goal difference you have to fancy Leeds - but don’t write us off - we have a sting in our tail!!!
Very interesting stat of the last 13 games between the 2 sides Leeds have lost only once lets hope this continues and any team that has 70 points after 36 games goes on to get promotion
Afternoon campers... Have just popped over to Amsterdam for the afternoon so I'll be able to watch the match live on LUTV. From @Lufc on twitter...2600 at Aston Gate + 2000 watching beam back at ER + countless more watching on LUTV live. All paying customers...all directly supporting Leeds United FC with their hard earned cash. Is watching for free (illegal stream) and not contributing one £/$ Euro etc to your club fair and equitable to your club and fellow supporters ?
