So I've discovered something that works well. Curry powder in my coffee. My last doctors visit my cholesterol was creeping up, as was my blood sugar... Not in the bad zone, but there is a clear progression upwards for both as I've got older. Both hereditary issues unfortunately. My mother has always had high cholesterol and my father is diabetic. I've inherited bad genes from both. I got all the crappy genes from both my parents. So anyhow did some research and saw curry powder is supposed to help both... Had a moment of genious to try putting it in my coffee... ... It works really well tastes great and doesn't leave sludge at the bottom like cinnamon does. Curried Coffee for me from hereon out even if it doesn't help medically...
Loads of others too......almond, hazelnut, cashew etc.....soya, oat milk, hemp milk. Most of these are available in supermarkets now, if not your local health store. Lots of options out there. I put coconut oil in my morning coffee if I have no nut milk.
I love almond milk on cereal and it's nice in coffee but not in tea. Back to the coffee though, adding curry powder sound terrible!
Got a pair of hospitality tickets, will enjoy the tour and stay in Liverpool for the night. Dad is over the moon, bucket list item sorted. See ya
