Even if the guy does have severe mental problems, the point still stands. The evidence pointing towards grooming and child abuse is massive imo. When on the topic of death penalties etc, alot of people put ****s in the bracket of the ones who should be killed, but this guy seems to get alot of slack because of his upbringing been so **** etc. Well i’d imagine that alot of ****s childhoods where full of abuse by relatives, family friends etc. Another point is that ALOT of people in the Jackson circle must have known or had very strong suspicions about what was going on. They are just as bad, if not worse.

Oh it's fine. If he was being a ***** he should be lynched like all them other ones. The question is whether he was one or not. If you accuse soneone of this sort of thing, you shouldnt be able to be paid off. It should be a criminal case tried with a judge and jury.
It is not at all unusual for victims of sexual assault to not come forward until many years after their assault. I'm not saying they're telling the truth; but, the majority of rapes are not reported within a year of happening. The fact that he can't defend himself might relieve some of the pressure. The victims, if they are victims, don't want to be told they're lying.

The only thing I'm dubious about, as its clear he was dubious sleeping with little boys, was why its only 2 of them for a serial predator who undoubtedly slept with hundreds of boys. If they signed away any compensation they get i would certainly believe them.
Paying off to prevent a civil case doesn't affect any potential criminal case so they can still testify. Which is why Jack paid them off, he didn't want a civil case followed by a criminal case. If I've read correctly, the law there has changed so so you no longer have the civil case first, but not sure.

Absolutely not. Regardless of whether he would molest them, I wouldn't have considered my children safe with him. He never appeared to be a responsible or completely sane adult. Then there is the question that he might have been guilty too. Even the "might" would be enough to keep my kids away from him.
