My own view is that it seems likely that he probably did abuse those lads ... but I'll reserve final opinion until after the second part. There are some anomalies however - McAuley Culkin and Brett Barnes have consistently said that there was never any sexual angle to his befriending them... more that he just had the mentality of a Peter Pan figure ... Agreed. Jacko had a child-like innocence about him. To the "normal" World, it's odd (even faintly disturbing) to see a grown man identify so closely with prepubescent boys, but that doesn't mean that Jacko had any sexual desires towards those kids.

I don't believe so, Saffy. In Jacko's mind, he was one of those little kids. He was part of their gang. Little kids don't engage in sexual conduct among themselves, and I don't believe that Jacko did. Indeed, I think the whole idea of sex was repugnant to him, just as it is with small kids.
