Monaco have quoted us £40M for Youri Tielemans

We could get him for less if we send Adrien Silva the other way

    Do it

He is young and if he achieves his undoubted potential his price tag will grow even more and we will get that £40M back plus interest when it came to selling him

    Offer £25-30M and Silva

Apparently Slimani has been told that he has no place here and to look for a new club - Sporting are still interesting but they don't have any money.

We are linked with Alfredo Morelos a 22yo Columbian striker from Rangers - is doing well there but will be interesting how he fares in a real league..

We are also linked with Dedryck Boyata from Celtic - would be available on a free in the summer.

That may change under Rodgers. I cant see Slimani being wanted as his wages dont represent the value he offers us

I wouldnt mind taking a gamble on Morelos if he was sensibly priced but with his disciplinary record I wouldnt go near him

Momo Sylla, Rab Douglas, Mark De Vries, Alan Maybury, Joe Hamill, Stephen Hughes, Peter Canero all awful

Patrick Kisnorbo and Sol Bamba did a job for us. Kisnorbo was awful in midfield though

VVD is a rare exception of a player coming down and doing well

We are linked with a few of Rodger's old players - Joe Allen from Stoke and Adam Lallana from Liverpool.

We are also linked with Haris Seferovic - a 27yo Swiss striker from Benfica.

We have told Man City to pay £75M for Chilwell.

Maguire is still a target for Man Utd despite his form this season.

Iheanacho looks to be on his way out - has been dropped by Nigeria due to lack of game time and apparently Rodgers doesn't rate him so both parties would welcome it.

Doubt Rodgers has decided in less then a week about anyone

Selling Iheanacho would be stupid as we would lose alot of money and there is a player in there somewhere

If we sign enough strikers loan him out for a year and then decide on his future

Doesn't have to be a sale, can be a long loan - the way he has been treated by our "fans" for so long it might do him good to be away for a while.

Apparently Rodgers has been scouting our players for a while with the intent of joining us in the summer - is one of the reasons why we wanted him as he was already prepared.

I'm surprised Iheanacho doesn't want to run and keep running out of Leicester, thanks to the cretins (who some call fans) who boo him when he comes on to the pitch!!!

I really think it’s confidence and if he got one it may lead to a run. He has never had a run in his favoured position due to Vardy. Maybe he needs that...

I think he was made a scapegoat unfairly. He has very rarely played in his actual position as a striker. He has been thrown on the wing or played as a 10 which he cant do. His confidence is rock bottom and when he did play up front in say the Newport game. We just kept smashing balls over his head

Give the lad some minutes upfront. Once he gets a goal we may start to see the player we brought

Its a tough situation, hes not Vardy, hes likely to develop more like a Lukaku type, collecting and spraying the ball to others, he hasn't been given that sort of opportunity due to our style of play.

It seems that we are going to continue with the strategy of feeding balls through to Vardy, either from Maddison or Tielemans rather than playing it upto him to put oncoming "wide strikers" through like Barnes/Gray.

Signing someone like Tielemans will help our strikers. His passes to Gray and Vardy in the last 2 games is what has been missing since Drinkwater. Service like that will only help us. Tielemans has linked up well with Ricardo aswell. He will create alot of goals for the likes of Vardy and Iheanacho

I would be on the phone to Monaco now trying to get this sorted asap before other teams step in and we wont win a bidding war for him. Offer the £40M value in cash plus Silva who is valued around £15M. £25M for Tielemans is a steal
