Pick Musty Frog's Tattoo

So @mustyfrog had agreed to abide by the forum decision as to what type of tattoo he gets next. (Not really, but he didn't say 'no' either)

So I will break this out into two votes.

First vote will be where the tattoo will be located. Once that is decided we can pick the tattoo's subject matter (give suggestions here so we can vote on them).

Remember this is a binding poll and he WILL (probably not) ABSOLUTELY abide by our decision.
