just got this in an email...:

Only a few days remain until the big match at Loftus Road against Newcastle United. It promises to be a great occasion as no fewer than 6 players could make their R’s debut, including Joey Barton against his former Club.
The Newcastle match also marks the first home league match for new majority shareholder Tony Fernandes, so make sure you give him a welcome to remember.

Finally, we have a special guest who will be appearing on the pitch at approx. 19.45pm so make sure you’re in your seat for that.

We hope you enjoy the match!

    I wonder who??<party><party><party><party>

They should have our current tiger mascot, whatever it's called, standing in the centre circle wearing blue tinted glasses and a little midget next to him. Then the music to rocky comes on, smoke blows out of the players tunnel, strobe lights start flashing, then a huge bang and out of the tunnel comes Jude! Jude runs onto the pitch and does a flying kick into the Flav tiger and midget. He then stands over them in triumph. The goons are gone and Jude is back!

Well that's how I'd do it, bit of razzmatazz.

It could be Gerry Francis, Stan Bowles, Kevin Gallen, (Sir) Les Ferdinand or a former manager Holloway (always good for a quote), Dave Sexton or Gordon Jago. Gerry Francis is still involved with a premier league team has played for and manged the team team twice, but Sir Les has played for both teams so I think it will be Sir Les.

Reckon Les could be up in the Sky commentary box doing his analysis of how far we've come over the last few years, so could it be Tony F - the crowd would go nuts!

I would hope Tony Fernandes would be there anyway (business commitments allowing), to be introduced to the fans.

It's got to be Tony Fernandes. It will really fire the crowd up if it is and make the atmosphere even better then it already is going to be! WE HAVE OUR CLUB BACK!!! However, I would like them to bring back Jude the Cat. Can't see it happening though! COME ON YOU R'SSSSSSSSS
