I will be going, Lapras, supporting the team at Wembley. My younger daughter has never been there, so she will come with me. Will be a great day out.
Well it was for SFC and very pleasing it was. From a distance, I hope the fans of both PFC and their opponents enjoy a great day out. If it is Sunderland, this could well be a prelude to a play-off semi or the final itself. PS: I know Arsenal won two finals in one season. Can't think of any others. Sheffield Wednesday and Shrewsbury have lost two finals in the same season there.
That was a wonderful piece of skill from Curtis for the third. So pleased for Hawkins that his name is amongst the goalscorers. I wish the pains in the backside would shut up about him not being good enough. His all round contribution is immense. And it makes me proud that PFC have three regular starters who were none league or League of Ireland in their starting line-up. My only moan is that there was no room for Dennis in the squad.
The NFL is returning to Wembley later on this year, including the Carolina Panthers for the first time EVER! That's also a great day out, just sayin'
So, we will be playing Sunderland in the EFL Trophy Final at Wembley, as they beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 tonight. Should be an excellent match to watch.
